As a Field Marketing Engineer in Milan, you partner with Sales and Global Marketing to drive localized campaigns that resonate with Italian engineering audiences. You blend technical depth with marketing execution to grow awareness, demand, and pipeline across the EMEA region. You own regional events, demos, and content localization, aligning messaging with local language and culture. This role offers influence across regional and global teams, shaping marketing programs that support Emerson’s Test & Measurement portfolio.

- Contribute to regional marketing strategy with in-market insights and technical perspective
- Localize and execute regional campaigns, content, and programs for the Italian market
- Support demos, presentations, and technical marketing activities at events and customer engagements
- Lead event coordination and content delivery in partnership with Event Marketing
- Collaborate with Global Technical Marketing to adapt assets for regional use




- Provide ongoing insights on customer behavior, competitive activity, and campaign performance
- Support sales enablement through localized tools, content, and training
- Ensure brand consistency in local language and context
- Foster alignment between Sales and Marketing in the region
- Share feedback to improve future planning and marketing effectiveness
- Bachelor's in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in technical marketing or sales
- Familiarity with Italian market and business culture
- Technical fluency and ability to explain complex concepts to engineering audiences
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Must be located in Milan and work from local NI office or as per project needs
