In this role you will shape OSS technical design and delivery at Vodafone, aligning network and IT solutions with strategic goals. You will collaborate across OSS, IT Architecture, Network Architects, and vendors to drive enhancements and ensure sustainable, fit-for-purpose deployments. You will lead lab testing, PoC validation, and ensure timely, on-budget technical deliveries while supporting live deployments. The role offers impact through technical leadership, cross-functional influence, and contribution to a sustainable, inclusive connectivity mission.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategic roadmaps and deliver development enhancements.
- Ensure external technical deliveries are fit-for-purpose and maintainable for ongoing support.
- Build and manage relationships with vendors and third parties to improve future deliveries.
- Serve as the technical design lead for OSS, evaluating new network and IT technologies and aligning with Vodafone strategy.




- Define and validate fit-for-purpose solutions, conduct lab testing and PoC validation as needed.
- Lead project deliveries, manage customer expectations, and coordinate with third-party suppliers.
- Provide internal reporting within OSS and ensure deliverables meet time, budget, and quality targets.
- Support live deployments in line with project needs and produce high-quality IT specifications and business case inputs.
- Share knowledge across OSS and lead cross-functional problem-solving teams.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Experience with ESRI Enterprise
- Knowledge of compute platforms (GCP, Linux, Kubernetes)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- BSc level degree or higher in IT or engineering
- 2+ years' telecommunications development/delivery experience
