In this role you will own outcomes as a senior IFS Finance expert, shaping standards and building long-term value for Evotec. You will act as a bridge between business and IT, driving enterprise transformation through IFS10/IFS Cloud capabilities. You’ll design scalable, low‑complexity solutions and support critical financial cycles, enabling a data‑backed, compliant finance environment. Join a cross‑regional team delivering strategic finance transformations at scale.

- Challenge legacy processes and promote standard IFS capabilities
- Design scalable solutions to reduce complexity, cost, and external dependency

- Support month‑end close and other critical business cycles via Jira and Kanban
- Enable data migration, testing strategy (SIT/UAT), and go‑live readiness
- Build internal IFS Finance expertise through knowledge transfer
- Ensure compliant, high‑quality documentation (process blueprints, functional designs, user docs)
- Collaborate across regions (UK, Germany, France, Italy, US) and business units

Responsabilità





- Professional finance qualification (AAT/ACCA/CIMA) or BSc/MSc in Finance/Accounting or strong financial background
- Strong hands‑on experience with IFS Finance (IFS10 / IFS Cloud)
- Knowledge of IFS Project Management module is advantageous
- Deep understanding of finance transformation and ERP best practices
- Ability to translate business strategy into system design
- Confidence to challenge requirements and drive standardization
- Strong analytical and solution‑design mindset
- Cross‑functional work experience across IT, Finance, and external partners
- Basic IFS technical knowledge (PL/SQL) and experience with Custom Configurations (Custom Fields, Menus, Logical Units, ACP, Events, Lobbies)
- IT mindset and software development background (beneficial)
