Key responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and handling inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian and English
- Receive and process client complaints and issues related to credit, prepaid and debit cards
- Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
- ????????Ensure all customer interactions and processes comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations
- ????????Proactively find solutions for client complaints and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department
- ????????Identify sales opportunities (selling and upselling) during interactions with the customers
Job requirements:
- Languages: Italian, German/Swiss German, French and English
- Commercial or tourism background
- Experience in customer service
- Good knowledge of Office package/ PC use
- Good communication skills
- As the first point of contact with customers, the following soft skills are needed: courtesy, empathy, customer orientation and ability to work in team
- Resident in Ticino or willing to relocate
