In this role you will align and optimize LodgeLink’s sales, marketing, and customer success processes to boost efficiency and revenue. You will partner with cross-functional teams to manage data, tools, and workflows across the organization, supporting revenue operations and data-driven decision-making. You’ll transform large datasets into actionable insights, optimize the sales tech stack, and drive process improvements that scale with growth. This is a hands-on, collaborative role at the intersection of data, systems, and business impact.

- Resolve operational issues and support Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Executive leadership
- Manage and consolidate large data sets with data integrity across systems; create compelling data visualizations
- Configure and optimize LodgeLink's sales tech stack (Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Regie.ai)




- Identify and implement workflow improvements for efficiency
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery and outcomes
- Create and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs and growth opportunities
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
- 1-3 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Business Analytics, MIS, or related analytical role
- Hands-on Salesforce administration including data analysis, reports/dashboards, data integrity, and day-to-day admin
- Advanced Microsoft Excel with large datasets, formulas, pivot tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, data validation, and reporting
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) and sales tech (Outreach, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Gong, Regie.ai) is a plus
- Bachelor in Business, Marketing, MIS or Operations
