Experteer Overview

In this role you drive the end‑to‑end management of the digital portfolio within the GTS unit, ensuring initiatives align with priorities and deliver measurable value. You’ll collaborate with leadership, engineering PMs, finance and sales to optimize investments, governance and roadmaps. You’ll translate complex data into actionable insights and maintain transparent governance. This is a hands‑on, strategic position at the intersection of technology, operations and business growth.

- Maintain a comprehensive view of current products/services and planned digital initiatives
- Support leadership in prioritizing digital investments by evaluating value, risk, capacity and strategic alignment
- Create and manage a dynamic portfolio roadmap aligned with organizational goals
- Track and report portfolio-level and initiative-level KPIs, health metrics and financials
- Implement and enforce portfolio governance processes for transparency and accountability




- Lead intake and assessment process for new digital initiatives with stakeholders and engineering PMs
- Act as liaison between engineering PMs, finance and sales to align priorities and timing

Responsabilità

- Master's degree in business administration, information systems, engineering or related fields
- Proven experience in digital portfolio management, product management, or enterprise‑level project oversight
- Deep understanding of digital development processes, product lifecycle management, and agile or hybrid delivery models
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluent English
