Experteer Overview

As HR Generalist, you will provide essential HR support to managers and employees across Italy, supporting performance management, coaching, and compliance programs. You’ll partner with HRBPs and Centers of Excellence to deploy programs and drive continuous improvement in a hybrid Milano, Italy setting. You will help scale HR initiatives, manage investigations, and support culture shifts through targeted programs. This role offers impact across local teams, helping maintain a positive, compliant work environment within a global matrix organization. You will be part of a mission-driven team that enables productivity and sustainable growth for Rockwell Automation.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Execute performance management, coaching, and employee development activities for managers and teams
- Support compliance, investigations, and employee relations with HRBP and Legal collaboration
- Lead local deployment of HR programs (e.g., payroll changes, SAP implementation, CoE initiatives)
- Deliver HR trainings to managers and staff provided by COEs or HR Services
- Assist IT works council processes and provide regional benefits support as needed




- Gather and manage data for local activities (tax, legal reviews, audits, compensation guidance)
- Manage voluntary terminations and downsizing with hiring managers
- Ensure local policies are up to date and aligned with legal requirements
- Provide guidance on performance management to prevent disputes
- Support site audits, regulatory/compliance reviews, and company-wide HR programs
- Support engagement, inclusion, and global voice programs for local implementation

Responsabilità

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience managing employment issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a global matrix organization or software company
- Excellent English and Italian (written and spoken) with influencing capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
