As an Account Solution Engineer you help drive the sales cycle by transforming business needs into compelling, technically sound solutions. You act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored demos and addressing stakeholder objections to showcase Salesforce capabilities. You collaborate across teams to align customer goals with our AI-powered CRM offerings and support the transformational journey. This role blends technical execution with strategic storytelling to create measurable business value.

Lead and coordinate the end-to-end solution cycle with cross-functional teams

Assess customer needs and position Salesforce as the optimal solution

Demonstrate deep industry and technology understanding relevant to Salesforce solutions

Develop and present customized demos and solution concepts to decision-makers

Engage in product and sales training to maintain essential knowledge

Meet quarterly and annual objectives set by management





Respond efficiently to RFPsDrive the technical aspect of the sales process

Pursue internal training and mentorship opportunities

Occasionally travel to engaging customer sites

Fluency in Italian and English

Bachelor in Computer Science or related degree

Experience delivering Digital Transformation strategies and customer success

Proven track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training for enterprise software

Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

Effective time management in a dynamic team

Team player with collaborative problem-solving

Curious, practical, and passionate about technology and knowledge sharing

Willing and able to travel occasionally

Alignment with core competencies including leadership or volunteer experience
