Deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
Respond to guest inquiries and complaints under the supervision of senior staff, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
Work within the assigned station/section, supporting the Chef de Partie in preparing products according to required standards.
Maintain the assigned work area in a clean, organized, and hygienic condition at all times.
Support cost control by minimizing waste and following company procedures.
Assist in training Commis Chefs and new team members when required.
Stay informed about seasonal ingredients and product availability under the guidance of senior chefs.
Handle all equipment and supplies with care to minimize damage and waste.
Work in a flexible and cooperative manner with other departments,
