In this role you will lead the development of autonomous agents that reason and act independently to tackle complex tasks. You will design architectures for coordinated agent collaboration, tool usage, and non-linear workflows within a cross-functional team. You will advance orchestration and build sophisticated decision‑making systems. This strategically important work supports Reply’s AI‑centric digital service offerings and innovation agenda.

Responsibilities

- Design and lead architectures for multi‑agent collaboration and external tool usage
- Develop and optimize autonomous agents and decision‑making systems
- Contribute to advanced orchestration and non‑linear workflow solutions




- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions

Qualifications

- Academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field
- Hands‑on GenAI experience and familiarity with LLM ecosystems
- Knowledge of architectures such as VAE, GAN, or Diffusion Models
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Rust
- Foundation in Machine Learning / Deep Learning frameworks
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Innovation mindset
