For our La Spezia office, we are looking for a Security Officer in the Industrial Security field (ex DPCM 5/2015 and subsequent amendments).
Mission
Provide specialized expertise in Industrial Security, ensuring the protection of classified information and materials and compliance with national and international provisions on the matter.
Responsibilities
- Correct application of the provisions regarding the protection and safeguarding of classified information, pursuant to DPCM 6 November 2015 n.5 and subsequent amendments for the purpose of issuing and maintaining the NOSI
- Management of personnel security clearances (NOS)
- Application of regulations relating to physical security measures for the protection of classified materials and information
- Management of national and international movement of classified materials and organization of transports
- Support for the management of classified tenders, contracts and programs
- Maintaining relationships with central and peripheral Institutional Bodies for all security-related issues
- Knowledge and application of provisions regarding the protection of classified information processed in CIS systems
- Knowledge of the provisions relating to manufacturing licenses for armaments (TULPS articles 28, 46, 47)
- Knowledge of the regulations relating to the import, export and transit of armaments (Law 185/90)
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Degree, with work experience consistent with the role
- Experience: Senior minimum 7 years in similar roles
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of DPCM 6 November 2015 n.5; CIS regulations; TULPS regulations; Law 185/90
- IT Skills: Office Package
- Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English
- Soft Skills: High integrity, reliability and confidentiality; Ability to operate in critical or emergency situations; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including with institutional stakeholders; Strong organizational and team coordination skills; Attitude for teamwork and problem solving
