Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives across manufacturing sites, translating business needs into executable projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage execution, risk, and change management to deliver compliant solutions with measurable business impact. The role operates in a multi-site matrix setup, closely aligned with PPI Digital Transformation leadership. You’ll partner with domain leads to drive value realization and ensure solutions become standard practice.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Manage full lifecycle of digital initiatives from framing to deployment and value realization
- Create project charters, scope, milestones, resource plans, and success criteria using PPI and Lean principles
- Maintain detailed project plans and RAID logs; identify risks and mitigations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Support prioritization and sequencing of digital use cases aligned with site strategy and roadmaps




- Develop robust business cases and track benefits with site PPI savings plans
- Define KPIs and ensure benefits are validated with Finance and owners
- Lead change management activities including stakeholder mapping, communications, training, and adoption tracking
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions to define current and future states and roadmaps
- Ensure solutions are embedded into standard work and PPI routines

Responsabilità

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of PM, CI, operations, or digital transformation experience in manufacturing or regulated environments
- Proven experience delivering digital, automation, data/analytics, or manufacturing IT initiatives
- Strong project management skills: scope, planning, stakeholder management, risk control
- Solid understanding of GMP manufacturing and quality processes
- Fluency in English and Italian
