Overview

In this role you will drive the ongoing development of Technogym’s CRM ecosystem, owning the deployment of digital transformation across the After Sales domain. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, lead SFDC projects end‑to‑end, and ensure successful data migration and configuration. You’ll be part of an international rollout, shaping how the organization uses CRM to support customers and operations. This is a hands‑on, impact‑driven opportunity in a globally distributed IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end‑to‑end delivery of SFDC projects with HQ IT and vendors
- Validate builds and deployments to ensure quality
- Configure SFDC and perform functional analysis
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and train end‑users
- Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement of SFDC solutions




- Collaborate with business teams to define requirements and align solutions with strategic goals
- Support data migration activities during implementations
- Coordinate with functional leaders and subject matter experts in After Sales

Qualifications

- 2-3 years of CRM implementation experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) configuration; certification is a plus
- Familiarity with SAP SD/MM and ServiceMax is a plus
- Experience with Agile methodology and Jira
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and Excel proficiency
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to train users, work cross‑functionally, and manage tasks independently
