Canadian Solar is seeking an Engineer Customer Service EP Cube for South Italy. You will provide after-sales technical support for residential energy storage systems, assisting customers and installers with troubleshooting, commissioning, and performance analysis.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Technical Support, and Engineering to resolve escalations, relay customer feedback, and support product improvements. Travel up to 20% may be required.
