In this role you drive the technical strategy across the sales cycle to grow revenue and ensure customer success with Forescout’s security solutions. You will educate customers, build trusted relationships, and articulate how Forescout addresses complex security needs. You’ll lead demonstrations, support technical escalations, and enable channel partners, contributing to measurable value for customers and the business. This position leverages deep cybersecurity expertise in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and offers visibility into product strategy and technology adoption.

Responsibilities

- Educate customers and partners on Forescout's security capabilities and threat landscape
- Build consultative relationships with customers and align solutions to business and technical objectives
- Identify security challenges across environments and engage stakeholders across technical and management levels
- Present value proposition, roadmap, and strategy to engineers and executives
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations with the sales team
- Support customers through technical escalations and ensure resolution and satisfaction




- Assist with pre‑sales activities, identifying and closing opportunities
- Enable and collaborate with channel partners in a channel‑centric sales model
- Manage proof‑of‑concept (POC) activities including test plan optimization and issue resolution
- Assist with development of POC environments aligned with account goals
- Stay current with Forescout's 4D Platform and related technologies through training
- 8+ years in IT, with 5+ years in pre‑sales or technical consulting
- Passion for cybersecurity solutions and hands‑on testing and customer engagement
- Strong technical, presentation, and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across distributed, global teams
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, customer‑focused with strong results orientation
- Experience translating requirements into practical, user‑friendly solutions
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced environment
- Initiative, multitasking, and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
