In this role you define and mature hydraulic and electrohydraulic technologies for agricultural machines, turning concepts into tested prototypes. You work with cross-functional teams to shape fluid power architectures that boost efficiency, productivity, and reliability. You'll run simulations, support prototype and vehicle testing, and help translate lab results into engineering recommendations. This is a hands-on position with a clear impact on innovative drive systems for farming and construction equipment.

- Identify and develop innovative Fluid Power concepts and system architectures for agricultural applications
- Support technology scouting, benchmarking and feasibility studies
- Perform numerical simulation or coordinate testing of concepts before prototype availability
- Contribute to prototype preparation, bench testing,



vehicle testing and correlation between simulation and experimental results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Controls, Vehicle Performance, Electrification, Product Engineering, Software and Validation
- Collaborate with universities and research centers coordinating students and researchers for fundamental research activities
- Prepare clear technical documentation, value propositions, and engineering recommendations
- Engineering experience on agricultural equipment 3 to 5 years
- Experience in hydraulics, simulation, controls, vehicle systems or machinery applications (academic project work, internship, thesis or lab experience)
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant engineering fields
