Our new Operations Supervisor interacts with all production employees, particularly with the group leader, to ensure compliance with production plans in terms of volumes and product quality. You monitor the quality parameters of intermediate and extracted products and assess any variations in variable production. In addition, you verify the correct functioning of production machines and help to identify solutions in collaboration with the maintenance team.
This is a fulltime, on-site job in our production facility in Reggio Emilia, where you will find a dynamic environment, and work with the following technologies: extraction, purification, concentration and drying.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure the implementation of production as defined in plans and programs, in compliance with volumes, quality standards, production times and costs, also in collaboration with other production and production planning managers
- Coordinate a group of employees and ensure their development (management of 3-shift cycles)
- Ensures the effective and efficient execution of production activities, assigning production quotas to individual production lines or departments and verifying their execution in compliance with the defined parameters
- Collaborate with the Quality and EHS Managers to ensure production quality, compliance and safety standards
- Propose process-based engineering solutions to improve production efficiency and efficacy
What you’ll bring:
- A degree in a chemical or engineering discipline
- Minimum 2–3 years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- You speak and write Italian at native level and have upper intermediate skills (B2 level) in English
- Although this is generally a day-job, you will bring flexibility to also oversee other shifts
- Ability for limited travel (max 10%)
- You are an Italian citizen, or have the permit ‘permesso di soggiorno’. We are not able to sponsor visa/work permit

The salary range for this position is € 40.000,- to € 65.000,-. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.
