The Software Engineer is responsible for creating ICT solutions that comply with the internal customer's requirements, guaranteeing maximum functionality and efficiency. The core responsibilities of the role are: planning and designing the solution in detail; developing and engineering solution components; creating prototypes and solutions that end users will employ; formalizing and documenting solutions; supporting, where necessary, beyond the first level (Help desk).
- Understand internal customer requirements and how these translate into application functionality
- Collaborates with other IT professionals to define technical specifications and feasibility estimates
- Create mockups and prototypes in accordance with the outlined specifications
- Participate in the entire software life cycle by developing individual components and/or entire features
- Writes quality code according to standards and using shared tools
- Performs pre-release testing and code review activities in order to guarantee shared quality standards

- Care the development and maintenance of integrations and data flows within a complex application system
- Troubleshooting and application debugging
- Monitor existing applications in order to report the need for updates and/or new features

- Acts as a product expert (feature, module, system) to turn to for support or new requests development

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
- AI & Innovation: Strong interest in and knowledge of modern development workflows powered by LLMs and AI.
- Programming Skills: Excellent proficiency in Python, SQL, Java, or other major programming languages.
- Language Skills: Good command of English (minimum B2 level
