As Project Manager P1 at Valeo Pianezza, you drive the performance of complex OEM/OES projects in a global automotive setting. You coordinate cross-functional teams to meet quality, cost, and timing targets and manage resources, budgets, and key stakeholder communications. You will work with international automakers to launch systems and components, contributing to sustainable mobility through innovative lighting and electronics solutions. This role offers shaping projects for a leading, multicultural tech company.

- Base Gross Annual Salary 50.000 EUR

- Management of OEM/OES projects (component/system)
- Secure and manage project resources
- Escalate and resolve issues with cross-functional support
- Define and manage project budgets
- Manage customer relationships and internal communications
- English and Italian full professional level
- Minimum 4 years experience in similar roles in structured Automotive Companies
- Product Development process knowledge
- Financial skills about product cost structure and payback
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams
