As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will guide hire strategy and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, shaping the talent pipeline to meet business priorities. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle and deliver a positive candidate experience that supports Westinghouse’s mission in the nuclear sector. Your role sits at the intersection of HR and business units, collaborating to ensure compliant, efficient hiring decisions. - Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding

Responsabilità

- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition
- Fluency in English and Italian with strong communication skills
- Experience building relationships and influencing leaders as a consultative partner
- Expertise in sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
- Experience recruiting for diverse technical and professional roles and negotiating offers
- Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools
