Manager / Team Leader In this role you will join Prysmian's HQ R&D; team to advance electrical testing for EHV cable systems. You will lead electrothermal stress tests, plan and execute electrical qualification tests in the Quattordio Laboratory, and conduct homologation and R&D; tests. You will supervise accessory installation and coordinate lab operators, ensuring timely test scheduling and project delivery. You will maintain active interfaces with clients, inspectors and suppliers. This position offers a collaborative, innovative environment with growth in high-voltage testing capabilities.

Perform homologation and R&D; tests on EHV cable systems
Supervise and coordinate accessory installation
Coordinate laboratory operators involved in installation and testing
Define test scheduling and lead related projects
Maintain continuous interface with clients, inspectors, and suppliers
Master's degree in Electric or Electronic Engineering, Energy or Mechatronic
Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel abroad
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Decision making, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong teamwork, results-oriented and ambitious mindset
