As an Outbound Transportation Analyst, you will coordinate and optimize parcel transportation across distribution centers, ensuring reliable, compliant, and cost-effective execution. You’ll partner with carriers, DC ops, and supply chain teams to drive efficiency, quality, and service. You’ll monitor performance, drive corrective actions, and lead reviews to unlock optimization opportunities. This role sits at the heart of our logistics processes, enabling better patient outcomes through smarter transportation decisions. You will work in a collaborative, data-driven environment with room to influence process harmonization and continuous improvement.

Coordinate outbound parcel transportation for assigned DCs with carriers and DC operations
Ensure reliable day-to-day transportation execution focusing on speed, quality, compliance, and customer service
Monitor performance and implement corrective actions with carriers and partners
Lead Carrier Operational Performance Reviews to ensure SLAs and identify optimization opportunities
Own shipping transaction processes for assigned DCs and lanes, translating into control plans
Identify opportunities for business process harmonization and continuous improvement across transportation ops
Provide analytical and project management support for operational and financial improvements (e.g., carrier changes, lane implementations, mode shifts, order profile optimization)
Lead shipment complaint and claims management to drive systemic improvements
BSC Degree in Logistics/Transportation, Technology, or in a related field
3-5 years of experience
Strong attention to detail with urgency and prioritization
Excellent verbal and written communication with internal/external stakeholders
Proven track record of delivering projects and business solutions
Ability to operate in a highly complex environment
Continuous improvement mindset; innovation in logistics/transportation processes
Lean certification is a plus
IT literacy with Excel; knowledge of databases (Access, Oracle) a plus
Business fluency in English; additional European languages a plus
