Senior Specialist - Software Engineering (Lead Developer Java Database)
In this role you lead backend Java development with a focus on database integration and reliability. You will collaborate with product owners to translate business needs into technical designs and guide teams through analysis, design, and implementation. You'll participate in incident handling, RCA, and ongoing maintenance while shaping scalable IT solutions. The position offers hands-on leadership in a banking-influenced tech stack and opportunities to advance architecture and delivery practices.

Collaborate with product owners to translate objectives into technical requirements

Analyze change requests, design solutions, and guide development

Support development teams, supervise design, testing, and modifications

Act as part of the L3 support team

Design specifications and develop solutions per change requests





Bug fixes and enhancements for work packages and services

Build and maintain IT solutions using Java technologies

Participate in incident RCA and effort estimation

Incident handling and problem resolution

Change management and application maintenance

Monitoring and infrastructure support

Documentation and knowledge transfer
