In this role at Pirelli’s Settimo Torinese plant, you will help optimize manufacturing operations through data‑driven analysis and standardized methods. You will work with cross‑functional teams to drive efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement in a highly digitalized environment aligned with Industry4.0. You will shape production standards, support cost‑reduction initiatives, and enable evidence‑based decision making. Retribuzione / Benefits

- Analyze workforce requirements and capacity to align with workloads and production volumes
- Monitor productivity and KPIs, identifying gaps between planned and actual results
- Conduct time studies and maintain standard operating times
- Develop and sustain operational standards, procedures, and work methods
- Identify and evaluate process improvements to support cost reduction




- Lead continuous improvement programs (Kaizen, 5S, Workplace Organization) and assist implementation of operational excellence
- Provide cross‑functional analytical support to Operations, Controlling, Project Teams, HSE, and HR for data‑driven decisions
- Contribute to SOPs, organizational standards, safe work practices, ergonomic solutions, and workload optimization

Responsabilità

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (minimum: Bachelor in Engineering)
- 3+ years’ experience in a complex manufacturing environment
- Deep knowledge of production processes
- Proficiency in reporting tools, process analysis, and understanding operative performance
