Territory Sales Manager

In this role you promote Ansell’s products across Northwest Italy to meet sales targets, working with end users and distributors. You will train and support distributors’ sales teams, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring field execution. You join a global safety leader with a culture focused on inclusion and development, contributing to sustainable growth in industrial markets. You will drive cross-functional collaboration to expand presence and impact in the region.

- Promote and sell Ansell products to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory
- Collaborate with end users and distributor network to grow sales
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Train and support distributors' sales teams for field execution
- Ensure successful on-site execution through effective coordination with partners
- Report progress and insights to Area Sales Manager
- Five years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the industrial sector
- Three-year higher education qualification in business or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a CRM system
