Experteer Overview

In this role, you will support workforce planning and organizational development by delivering strategic people metrics and analytics to guide decisions. You will help analyze headcount and labor costs, link costs to organizational structure, and monitor inclusion metrics while contributing to sustainability reporting. You will collaborate with regions and functions to shape projects that improve organizational effectiveness. This position combines data insight with cross-functional collaboration to drive a high-impact people strategy.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Prepare monthly Strategic People Metrics reporting with actionable insights to support business decisions
- Support monthly actual vs budget analysis for headcount and labor costs ensuring data accuracy
- Conduct cost analyses combining headcount, labor cost dynamics, and organizational structure to identify drivers and trends




- Monitor Inclusion & Equity KPIs and contribute to the Sustainability Report aligned with CSRD requirements
- Support design and implementation of organizational projects across regions and functions to enhance effectiveness

Responsabilità

- Proven experience in the field
- Background in Finance/Accounting is preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
- Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities
