In this role you help customers maximize value from Arrow’s VMware and Splunk offerings, bridging sales and technical teams. You will pursue vendor certifications, deliver demos and PoCs, and provide ongoing technical support and training to customers. You’ll join customer visits with sales and contribute to business-unit priorities while staying current on vendor technologies. The position blends hands-on tech work with client-facing education and collaboration to drive customer success.

Responsibilities

- Hands-on experience in Splunk or VMware technology (mandatory)
- Experience delivering technical presentations, product demos, PoCs, trainings and webinars
- Experience working with technical stakeholders, ideally in a channel/partner environment




- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and obtain vendor certifications
- Technical IT high school diploma or university degree in Computer Science, IT or related technical field
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to identify and resolve partner/customer issues, prioritizing workload
- Business fluency in Italian and English
- Willingness to travel regularly within Italy
