About the Role
- As our new General Services in Milan, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of operations within our tech company.
Your responsibilities will include managing orders, maintaining office supplies, and promptly responding to employee requests. Also, you will be involved in the planning of company events.
- You will coordinate with vendors, control inventory, track expenses, and optimize workspace areas for efficiency. A key aspect of your role will involve effective communication with employees and team members. Soft skills such as availability, communication, flexibility, multitasking, organization, precision, and good level in English are essential for success in this position.
Requirements
- Managing Orders:
- Order Processing: Receive, review, and process orders for office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and reorder supplies as needed.
- Budget Management:
