Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Junior PMO – Operations to join our Operations organization, based at our Padova headquarters. The role will report to a Senior PMO and will work closely with the COO organization.
As a PMO Junior, you will be responsible for
- Support the planning, execution and monitoring of Operations projects,
coordinating stakeholders and ensuring effective tracking of timelines, deliverables and follow‑up actions.
- Use and contribute to the evolution of PMO and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Mural/Miro, Microsoft 365) to enhance team efficiency and project visibility
- Support the governance of the End‑to‑End Planning Tool implementation, working closely with Business, IT and external partners.
- Prepare dashboards, project updates and executive materials for Steering Committees and leadership meetings
- Contribute to the understanding and continuous improvement of Operations and Planning processes.
You are the person we are looking for if
- You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Operations, ICT or similar fields.
- Youhave 1–3 years of experience in PMO, Operations, Consulting or Digital Transformation roles.
- You have a basic knowledge of Project Management principles.
