In this role you lead the Pre-Assembly Department at our Trento site, coordinating daily operations to meet production plans with a focus on safety, reliability, and efficiency. You empower shopfloor teams and drive performance across safety, quality, and delivery. You collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Logistics to create a smooth production environment. Lead and coordinate all pre‑assembly operations in line with production plans and factory priorities
Manage, coach, and develop shopfloor teams to foster accountability and high performance
Monitor daily progress, identify bottlenecks, and allocate resources to ensure on‑time delivery
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and overall performance
Ensure compliance with quality standards and promote a strong safety culture (zero‑harm)
5-7 years in industrial manufacturing, preferably in production or operational leadership
Experience leading blue‑collar teams in electromechanical or transformer manufacturing
Strong understanding of assembly processes, production workflows, and quality requirements
Lean Manufacturing mindset
Fluency in Italian and English; other languages a plus
Strong leadership, communication, decision‑making, conflict management, and stakeholder management skills
