In this role you will support the day-to-day management and growth of the Group’s digital business for Other Brands, focusing on Employee Online Store and Food & Beverage platforms. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience, monitor performance, and drive commercial results across multiple channels. You will conduct data-driven analysis, manage catalogs, and coordinate with IT, Merchandising, and Retail Operations to implement digital initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to shape e-commerce performance in a global, multi-brand environment with a strong emphasis on excellence and collaboration.

- Support daily management of Employee Online Store and Food & Beverage e-commerce platforms to ensure 운영 excellence and optimal customer experience
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales, AOV) to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare recurring business reports and dashboards with actionable insights
- Manage catalog activities including data accuracy, assortment, seasonal updates, and promotional initiatives
- Coordinate day-to-day activities with cross-functional teams (IT, Retail, Merchandising, Client Service,



local stakeholders)
- Support planning, testing and rollout of new digital functionalities
- Perform data validation and quality checks across systems and markets
- Assist merchandising with product performance analysis, assortment optimization, and promo calendars across brands
- 3+ years in E-commerce, Digital, or Online Merchandising
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in digital KPIs and performance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, complex formulas)
- Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Adobe, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Hands-on problem-solving attitude
- Experience in e-commerce merchandising and product performance analysis a plus
- Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams
- English at least B2 (written and spoken)
