Primary Daily Duties
Customer Care Across Channels: Managing inbound inquiries through live web chat, phone calls, and email messages with professionalism, clarity, and care.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Methodically diagnosing technical or account-related problems and walking users through effective solutions step-by-step.
Accurate Record Maintenance: Tracking all client interactions, issue tickets, and feedback cleanly inside our centralized CRM software.
Continuous Learning: Keeping your product knowledge up to date regarding new platform features, internal workflows, and help tools to provide accurate assistance.
Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding personal key performance metrics (KPIs) while maintaining the highest quality standards of service.
Candidate Qualifications
Language Requirements
Italian: Fluent, high-level mastery in both written and spoken formats.
English: Professional working proficiency (at least B2 level)
for clear communication with international managers and corporate team members.

Interpersonal Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, attentive listening habits, and a genuine passion for customer service.
Technical Agility: The ability to navigate multiple computer databases, support channels, and web platforms simultaneously.
Flexibility: A positive mindset toward working in a fast-paced environment with rotating shift schedules.
Work Eligibility: Valid European Union citizenship or an active, full-time legal work permit valid for Portugal.
Compensation Packages & Living Options
Option A (Self-Arranged Accommodation): A gross monthly salary of €1,340 if you prefer to find, rent, and fund your own apartment in Lisbon.
Option B (Company-Managed Lodging): A gross monthly salary of €1,060 paired with dedicated corporate housing.

Flight Reimbursement: Complete financial coverage for your initial flight to Lisbon to support a seamless transition.
Corporate Housing: A private bedroom in a shared, company-leased apartment (for employees selecting Option B).
