As a Back-End Developer at Soldo, you will design, build, and operate the services powering our FinTech platform. You join an international, Agile engineering team focused on delivering reliable capabilities in a security-sensitive domain. You will leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly while ensuring architecture quality, correctness, and robust production outcomes. - Design and implement product features from technical design to release
- Write high-quality, maintainable code and clear specs
- Deliver requirements on time; investigate and fix bugs
- Build observable, production-ready services with metrics, logs, traces, and on-call participation




- Apply secure-by-default practices for sensitive data and compliance
- Use AI tools to speed delivery with reviews, tests, and security checks
- Proficiency with Java and Spring (Spring Boot), plus JPA and Hibernate
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems
- Knowledge of design and programming patterns
- Familiarity with Maven, Git, and CI/CD (Jenkins/Bitbucket pipelines)
- Understanding of REST/HTTP
- Experience with containers and Kubernetes
- Experience with messaging/streaming (Kafka/JMS)
- Relational databases (MySQL, Aurora) and AWS
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
