In this role you will lead day‑to‑day accounting, reporting, and controls for the Finance team at a premier gaming company. You’ll supervise financial reporting, accounts payable, payroll, and inventory control while ensuring compliance with gaming and government regulations. You’ll mentor staff, support management decisions with analyses, and drive improvement in accounting systems. This is a hands‑on leadership role with a clear impact on operational excellence and shareholder value.

- Oversee day‑to‑day accounting, reporting and controls (AP, payroll, inventory)
- Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and gaming commission requirements across the property
- Hire, trains, and leads staff; fosters a positive, high‑performing work environment
- Assist auditors and provide information for reviews and inspections of Belterra Casino records




- Advise management with accounting analysis to support decision‑making
- Review and adjust department financial statements for accuracy
- Participate in design and implementation of gaming and non‑gaming accounting systems; monitor effectiveness
- Perform special audits on complex or sensitive matters

Responsabilità

- GAAP knowledge
- Knowledge of federal, state and gaming regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Leadership capability and positive, proactive attitude
- Ability to lead a team
- Accounting degree
- Accounting experience
- Must obtain/maintain licenses per federal, state, and gaming regulations
- Must be at least 21 years old
