Specialista Senior / Project Manager
As IS Manufacturing Expert, you implement SAP solutions for CELINE’s industrial unit across Italian sites and Paris. You work with cross-functional teams to align SAP modules with standards, driving process optimization in fashion manufacturing. The role combines project leadership, stakeholder liaison, and SAP expertise to support the supply chain, planning, and finance areas. You will travel across sites to ensure coverage and successful delivery in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement. This is a pivotal position for shaping the SAP landscape within luxury manufacturing.

Lead and manage SAP module implementations tailored to industrial manufacturing
Ensure SAP solutions follow standards and SAP best practices
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure quality and optimize processes
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects efficiently
Act as interface between local business units, IS&T; and global SAP team, translating business needs into technical requirements
Provide expert guidance on SAP functionalities in supply chain manufacturing (Planning, Purchasing, Logistics) and Finance
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive SAP innovation
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager on SAP implementations
Solid knowledge of SAP solutions (functional and technical) with related SAP modules
Significant experience in SAP S/4HANA migration projects is highly desirable
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, especially in fashion
Proficiency in SAP modules related to Planning, Purchasing, Logistics and Finance
Excellent business acumen and ability to align tech decisions with strategic goals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and complex relationship management skills
Fluency in English; French proficiency is a plus
