About the Role
We are looking for a creative and hands‑on Content Production Specialist to join our Marketing team.
This role combines strategic thinking with operational execution. You will manage multimedia projects from concept to delivery, translating complex industrial printing technologies into clear, engaging visual assets that drive brand awareness and support product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design : Design marketing materials (rollups, backdrops, banners), product brochures and graphics for exhibition booths, including large‑scale formats.
- Video Production & Editing : Plan, edit, and post‑produce high‑quality video content (product tutorials, expert interviews, live event coverage) optimized for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram - set up and manage photo/video shooting environments, including lighting, audio, and camera positioning for interviews and product photoshoots.
- 3D Asset Creation: Experience with 3D software (Blender / KeyShot)
for product and booth mockup generation - Develop 3D product renders specifically used for real‑world product mockups. Develop event booth mockup to plan positioning of elements and visuals.
Required Skills
Technical & Core Software (Mandatory)
- Core Software Mastery : Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Video Editing & Motion: Strong video editing expertise; basic knowledge of Motion Graphics (After Effects).
- Hands‑on Production: Direct experience in setting up photography and video gear for interviews and products.
- Languages: Italian (Native/Fluent) and English (B2 +)
Nice to Have
- Practical use of AI generative tools for content creation workflows.
- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign.
Soft Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years in B2B Marketing or creative departments within structured industrial/manufacturing/technology companies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with technical, industrial products.
Mobility & Availability
- Travel & Events: Willingness to travel nationally and internationally to attend trade fairs and events for on‑site video and photo content production.
