In this role you will manage intercompany accounting activities within a global team. You will oversee IC journal entries, postings, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance. You’ll drive automation and design new IC processes to meet evolving business needs. You will contribute to month-end close and support audits, enabling timely, high-quality financial reporting. This is a growth-oriented position in a dynamic Global Business Services environment with a clear impact on the company’s international operations.

- Manage intercompany flows, including journal entries and AP IC postings
- Oversee, propose and enhance automated IC processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Design and implement new IC flows in response to evolving business needs
- Prepare and approve account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Complete month-end close activities with tight deadlines and high standards

- Oversee consolidated financial statement reconciliations at the intercompany level
- Contribute to audits and provide relevant documentation as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in multinational companies or consulting
- Knowledge of accounting principles and intercompany reconciliation
- General experience with Financial ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle HFM) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional and cross-country teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Proactive approach to process improvement and automation
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
