In this role you will lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives on site to meet ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a strong HSE culture, manage risk analyses, and drive corrective actions. You will deliver training and ensure regulatory compliance, supporting emergency management and continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to influence safety and environmental performance within a growing chemical-focused organization.
Coordinate and manage health, safety, and environmental activities on site
Conduct risk analyses and develop corrective and preventive action plans
Develop and deliver training and awareness programs for employees
Ensure regulatory compliance and support emergency management processes




Promote a culture of health, safety, and environment across the site
Bachelor's degree, preferably in environmental, chemical, or petrochemical fields, or a diploma with equivalent relevant experience
At least 2 years of experience as RSPP or ASPP, preferably in the chemical industry
Training in accordance with art. 32 of Legislative Decree 81/08
Good command of English is preferred
Proactive, analytical, and strong communication skills
