HSPI S.p.A., a TXT Group company, provides Business Consulting, IT Governance and Digital Innovation services.

To support the growth of our Palermo office, we are looking for 2 PMO Consultants to join our team.

The selected candidates will work on-site at the headquarters of a leading Public Administration organization based in Palermo, contributing to digital transformation and technological innovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Project Management Office (PMO) activities within complex IT projects.
- Monitor project progress, KPIs, risks, costs, timelines, and overall project performance.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and executive presentations.
- Analyze, map, and optimize Public Administration business processes.
- Gather business requirements and define organizational and digital improvement initiatives.
- Act as the interface between stakeholders, business representatives, and technical teams.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in PMO activities and governance of complex IT projects.
- Experience in business process analysis and business process reengineering.




- Experience in digital transformation and/or system integration projects.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent.

- A Permanent employment contract under the Italian CCNL Commercio, with a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from €30.000 to €37.000, depending on experience.
