Experteer Overview

In this role you help accelerate diagnostic workflows by installing, configuring, and integrating lab automation and diagnostic IT systems at customer sites in Italy and across Europe. You will work closely with laboratory staff and cross-functional teams to ensure reliable system performance, empower users through training, and drive adoption of automation solutions. You’ll continuously analyze workflows to boost efficiency while upholding high quality and regulatory standards. This is a fast-paced, customer‑facing position offering meaningful impact on patient care and laboratory productivity.

- Aid installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems
- Provide on-site and remote technical support and troubleshoot issues for system reliability
- Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers to ensure proficient system use
- Analyze workflows to identify automation opportunities and improve efficiency
- Serve as a technical expert on automation solutions for customers and internal teams




- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high quality during implementations
- Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D; to ensure project success
- Maintain thorough documentation and reporting of system activity, performance, and Continuous Improvement actions

Responsabilità

- Bachelor in Biomedical Engineering or related field; Master preferred
- Experience in laboratory automation or diagnostic systems
- Strong knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and lab workflows
- Proficiency with relevant IT systems, software tools, and diagnostic technologies
- Strong communication and customer‑facing skills with effective training delivery
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional EU language (Spanish, French, or German)
- Flexibility to travel 50-70% across Italy or Europe and adapt work hours
