Job Overview
Seeking a high‑level managerial profile, brilliant in behavior and engaging in managing a sales network, capable of training and coordinating field staff proactively through example, with excellent communication and negotiated leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- Self‑responsible and aware of role duties, coordinating sales activities and training the sales team.
- Act as key contact with the Sales Direction.
- Ensure proactive management of the field staff, leveraging examples and communication skills.




- Provide strategic and operational support to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications
- Age 30–45 years.
- Diploma or university degree.
- Knowledge of modern IT systems.
- Residence in Lazio, Toscana, Marche, Abruzzo, Umbria, or Molise.
- Availability for frequent travel within central Italy.
- Previous experience in the sector considered a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
- Professional collaboration contract with VAT number.
- High fixed monthly salary plus attractive commissions, reimbursement of expenses, bonuses and incentives.
