Etinars in Italy is seeking an IT Service Management Support Engineer to join its international team. This position involves supporting operational services in the space ground segment, requiring 2–3 years of experience in operational IT or service management.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of ITIL processes and service management tools, along with fluent English. The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days onsite in Rome and 3 days remote.
