Role: Quality Assurance TraineeAs a Quality Assurance Trainee you will support the Quality team in their daily work by assisting the Head of Quality Assurance and the wider team with the following activities:
- Managing SAP transactions that require quality checks and subsequent product release.
- Supporting quality‑controlled documentation (SOPs and Working Instructions) management in the company documentation repository.
- Assisting in approval and monitoring of qualified suppliers.
- Supporting training assignments in the company LMS (Learning Management System).

What you’ll bring to Alcon
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific field (Pharmacy, Biology,



Bio Engineering).
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- SAP knowledge/exposure is an additional plus.
- Positive and energetic attitude, ready for new challenges and eager to learn.
- Team working, self‑organization, precision and attention to detail.
