Bold in Lisbon is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our on-site team. You will be the frontline for our Italian client base, handling inquiries across phone, email, and live chat.

The role requires Italian fluency and English at B2, rotating shifts, and a fully in-office work arrangement in Portugal. We offer two salary options: €1,340 or €1,060 gross monthly, with company lodging if chosen.
