THIS EXCITING CHALLENGE IS WAITING FOR YOU
- Responsibility and management of the complete sales cycle of an ASM model year to Bicycle Dealers Network for your sales area in Italy
- Relationship management with the different stakeholders on the side of our distribution partners
- Analysis of the respective sales area and provision of advice to the distribution partner
- Providing advice to Dealers on how to gain process efficiency,



the organization of sales and distribution planning and the synchronization with the logistic and informational processes
- Management of the forecasting process and market requirements with the internal cockpit team and the customer
- Feedback on important ASM functionalities, new distribution approaches, new market entrants, competitor behavior and demonstration of potential market opportunities

THESE CHARACTERISTICS DISTINGUISH YOU
- Degree/diploma in business administration or industrial engineering
- Well-grounded sales experiences, ideally in the cycling industry or in another premium and technical sports retail network
- Exemplary communication skills and strong team spirit
- Fluent in Italian and English, French knowledge is a plus
- Funded MS-Office know-how and familiar with digital communication
- Based in the mentioned Italian region with a high flexibility and willingness to travel
- Quick comprehension and good coordination skills
- Passionate about the cycling industry and its products
