Starting Annual Base Salary (Gross): From €28,000*
Role Purpose: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior FP&A; Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will support financial planning and analysis activities, contribute to business performance monitoring, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide accurate financial insights and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Financial Planning & Analysis team in budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning activities.
- Collaborate with Accounting and Controlling teams during monthly closing activities to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and performance analysis for local and global stakeholders.




- Contribute to inventory and margin analysis, helping identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze financial data and business performance trends to support decision‑making processes.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of standardized reporting tools and dashboards.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to improve reporting processes and financial visibility across the organization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in FP&A;, Controlling, Audit, or Corporate Finance.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with BI tools is considered a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
