About The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our Social Media Customer Care team starting in July & August. In this role, you will assist customers through social media and other digital communication channels, delivering outstanding support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through social media platforms and digital channels.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Handle complaints professionally and escale more complex issues when appropriate.
- Communicate with empathy, professionalism, and a customer-first approach.
- Follow company policies and quality standards in every interaction.
- Achieve individual productivity and performance goals.

What We're Looking For

- Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken.
- English proficiency at an intermediate level (B1/B2).
- Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.

Employment Details





- Initial 12-month contract with the possibility of renewal.
- Full-time position (40 hours per week), working 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
- Flight ticket reimbursement in accordance with company policy.

- Monthly Base Salary: €1,366.17
