We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern to join the Project Management & Strategic Planning function, supporting project portfolio monitoring and reporting activities across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a motivated student or recent graduate with a strong analytical mindset, interested in project and program management dynamics, and eager to gain hands‑on experience in a structured, data‑driven environment.

Main responsibilities:

Support the reporting manager in monitoring and analyzing the project portfolio, providing structured data on resources, budgets, variances, and project progress

Collect, consolidate, and analyze project data related to workload, resource allocation, and costs

Support the preparation of analytical reports to enable project portfolio prioritization and management decision‑making

Participate in governance meetings with Project Managers, Program Managers, and Functional Managers,



supporting data preparation and follow‑up activities

Support the definition and continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, templates, and best practices

Contributes to the dissemination of project management culture and support training activities on existing PM procedures

Monitor project progress against objectives and pipeline, supporting the identification of risks and critical issues

Support the development and maintenance of KPI dashboards for management
