Job Purpose
We are looking for a Corporate Development Analyst (M&A;) to support the team in the day‑by‑day analysis related to M&A; and business development projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Preliminary opportunity assessment
- Business planning and valuation
- Due diligence
- Cooperation with other internal functions for business cases preparation

Required Education
Degree in business administration or finance

Required Skills and Experience
- Previous experience (ca. 3 years) within valuation / transaction service / M&A; departments of Big 4, Corporate finance boutiques, Investment banks,



Internal corporate development departments
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical skills and financial statements analysis
- Knowledge of valuation methodologies
- Knowledge of financial modelling

Required Languages
Fluent Italian and English
