Senior Subsea Product Development Engineer

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Subsea XT technologies
- Generate new designs, detailed drawings, and bill of materials
- Manage plan, budget, risks, resources, and stakeholder/change management
- Provide technical guidance and peer reviews for engineering deliverables
- Coach and mentor other engineers and designers in a diverse team
- Create new patents and technology while conducting analyses on market trends

Requirements
- Proven experience in Design Engineering for Subsea Production Systems
- In-depth understanding of engineering and real-life product transformation
- Experience with 3D models and detailed drawings using CAD software
- Deep understanding of GD&T; and Design for Manufacture principles
- Direct ownership and accountability for managing multiple stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously




- Deep knowledge of CAD tools CREO(PRO-E) and TeamCenter / PLM Engineering packages
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably Mechanical / Industrial / Petroleum
- Willingness and desire for personal development
- Chartered Engineer desirable
